OUR STORY

Founded at the intersection
of two megatrends.

VulEnergy Corp was founded with a single conviction: the Andean geothermal corridor is one of the world's most underutilised clean energy resources, and the lithium beneath it will power the global energy transition for decades to come.

Our team assembled in 2021 around the Lastarria concession, a 25,000+ hectare licence in Catamarca, Argentina, where volcanic activity, lithium-rich brines, and existing infrastructure converge in a way that is globally unique.

We are building the first integrated geothermal + direct lithium extraction project in South America, with a plan for a TSX Venture Exchange listing under the ticker VEN.

Structured to align with Catamarca provincial mining law, and evaluating potential eligibility for Argentina's RIGI investment regime, subject to formal approval.
